With few exceptions, all of the works we undertake are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months and in the case of central heating installations, this can be as long as five years, and includes all labour and materials.
We are able to off comprehensive 'no quibble' warranties against the materials we supply because we source materials which are serviceable. A good example of this concept relates to taps. Most taps purchased in DIY superstores are imported and are low quality, hence the fact that they are relatively cheap. The problem with cheap taps is that the have a tendency to leak and to have only a thin and non-durable chrome plating. Furthermore, the inerts (placed in the tap outlet) now used by manufacturers in order to reduce volumetric flow rates (and save water - which is now a statutory requirement) invariably either fall out of badly engineered taps or the chrome plating peels-off after a short time). We will usually only supply taps which are manufactured in the UK or the USA and are WRAC. Although such taps are invariably more expensive than the foreign, cheap imports, they will last a lot longer, come with comprehensive manufacturer warranties and if they do suffer failure, spareas are always available, which makes than better value for money in the long-run.
