Choosing the Right Job
We pride ourselves on ensuring that our clients get the right job for their home or premises.
As an example, not all boilers are suitable for all properties, despite manufacturers' claims, combination boilers are invariably not suitable for properties are expected to have an occupancy rate of greater than two adults and one child, so are not suitable for houses or flats with more than two bedrooms. By installing a "combi" boiler in a house etc with more than 2 bedrooms, the owners can expect higher gas bills in relation to both central heating and the generation of domestic hot water. Furthermore owners of such properties in which water meters have been installed can also invariably expct higher water bills in relation to the amount of water used when hot water taps are opened - it is cheaper to store hot water in modern cylinders and unvented hot water cylindersd etc than to generate it "near instantaneously".
Many boiler manufa cturers and installers do not want their clients to know this because they can make far higher profits by installing combi boilers but at HeatInstal we always give customers all of the information they need in order to make an informed decision and then discuss these issues with them so that they fully understand the implications of their decisions and as stated elsewhere, we would rather walk away form a potential job than to place potential clinets in the position where we are installing the worng equipment for the job.
Package Heating Systems & Bespoke Heating Design Service
For clients who are working on a tight budget we offer package heating system installations, which are designed to achieve the minimum requirements of the Building and other relevant Regulations.
We also off a bespoke heating system design service aimed at those clients who wish to purchase a custom designed heating system which exceeds minimum requirements, with a view to making long term efficiency savings whilst achieving maximum comfort levels. In these cases we offer extensive warranties covering areas such as lifetime warranties realted to minimum room temperatures etc.
