Quick Response Emergency and Breakdown Service
HeatInstal Ltd offers all of its domestic and commercial clients access to its emergency and breakdown service which is available 24 hrs a day / 365 days of the year.
This service is offered in order to help those who encounter problems which need a quick response such as gas and water leaks, burst pipes due to winter freeze-ups and central heating breakdowns etc.
We are usually able to offer and unprecented door-to-door response of less than four hours during normal working hours although our aim, which is usually achieved, is approximately a 2 hour response time for local calls-out and outside of normal working hours our response times are even better.
Repairs Undertaken When Called-Out
When called-out as an emergency we are able to work on all types of domestic heating and plumbing systems, all commercial plumbing systems and the majority of commercial heating systems.
Being Gas Safe Registered we are able to work on doemstic and commercial gas supply pipe work.
We deal with all major spares stockists in order to enable fast repair times where spares or other materials required to complete the works are not available from stock.

Furthermore it is our firm belief that by developing close relationships with our customers and always telling them the truth, no matter how painful, that we are able to increase the life cycle of their appliances whilst reducing the 'life costing' thereof, without needing to enter into contracts to provide servicing and maintenance because we are always reliable and always at the end of the 'phone.
All breakdown and repair work comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty unless there are extenuating circumstances which apply (such as when a temporary repair is made).
