HeatInstal Ltd is owned and run by Jack Coulter IEng FCIPHE RP RHP.
Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status is awarded by the Engineering Council UK to Engineers who have achieved a high level of academic qualification and a depth of experience in their chosen field which is deemed to be to degree level.
The Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering have also deemed fit to award the title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering, Registered Plumbing Professional and Registered Heating Professional to Jack Coulter.
All of the above are a guarantee that whatever works are undertaken by Jack Coulter will be of the highest quality and any advice given will be technically correct at all times.
Background
HeatInstal was originally set-up as a website in 2001 and used as a vehicle to promote Jack Coulter's fledgling business 'Jack Coulter Building Servicing Engineer', during which time he was operating as a sole trader. Since that time the business has grown and changed to the point at which HeatInstal Ltd was incorporated in 2008.
The company now known as HeatInstal Ltd has two facets, which are broadly broken down in the following way:
- The first being that which deals with the practical side of plumbing and central heating system installation, programmed maintenance and repairs for both domestic and commercial clients - including the provision of a 24hrs / 365 day emergency call-out service.
- The second, which deals with Building Services Engineering design, contracts management, facilities management and consultancy works. This includes the provision of services to Local Authorities throughout the country in the specialist field of Council Tax and Housing Benefits Assessing and related consultancy works, being provided by our specialist staff.
